The outcome comments on general discourse regarding Muslim society and female individuals. Meanwhile Western world, in France,  bans the use of hijab and other religious related garnments at schools  the emancipated female in “free and rightgious” West focuses on posting their body parts in monotonious and unified media realm such as “belfies” in social media platform Instagram.

In the concept created at 2017 the physical installation in a form of burka invates the visitor to get to the intimate and safe space within its physical structures. The exhibition concepts begins with loging into the tablett with own name which will reveal in stereotyping manner the ethnic background. This will cause a  algoritmic based media realm for the visitor that is enfolded at the inside of the Burka -installation structures. The media content is tailored to meet the standardized and promoting propaganda within the stereotyped and biased  Middle-East - Western counter-dialogue.

This work is using “Persian Gulf” war 1991 as a reference, which I was following closely as a preteen via TV- news video clip realms in local and continental news broadcasting companies while having a experience of living at the deepest spot in Mid-West, Indiana. Later along, I learned that this was one of the discourse topics among “media war” by for example Baudrillard.

With this work among others I was accepted to Aalto Media Lab on 2017.
